VITOUR Spec Z comes with a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, which means you can try them out and if you are not completely satisfied with your new tyres*, you can get your money back or a credit towards another tyre brand or pattern.

This removes risk and lets you choose and try VITOUR tyre range with confidence.

If for any reason you are not happy with your VITOUR tyres, take them back to the original dealer you purchased from within 30 days, with a copy of your invoice and the dealer can arrange a full refund or credit towards a different brand or tread pattern.

*Applies to VITOUR Spec Z tyres purchased & fitted at a participating VITOUR tyre centre, from 1st November 2024, who had VITOUR tyres supplied by AUTOTREAD Australia.

Terms & Conditions

·       This offer is only available to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

·       Other service charges are not included.

·       The tyre dealer must contact Autotread Australia via email admin@autotread.com.au to be reimbursed.

·       Tyre pressure must be maintained as per vehicle placard.

·       This guarantee will be void if the tyres show irregular wear or damage due to, but not limited to: Excessive loads; Burnouts; High-speed acceleration; Negligence or abuse; Misuse or misapplication; Car accident or fire; Punctures, cuts and/or impact fractures; Racing; Wheel imbalance or misalignment; Defective shock absorbers or brakes; Vandalism or driving on road hazards; Off-road driving; Commercial driving (e.g. taxi, courier).

·       The final decision, if there is any dispute, is made by the importer Autotread Australia 12 Sunline Drive Truganina Victoria 3029.
