WARRANTY

Vitour Quattro comes with a 60,000km mileage warranty when you purchase four or more tyres. With many years of technology, the Quattro is most versatile SUV tyre made by Vitour with premium materials used. The tyre also features outstanding traction and handling in wet conditions, whilst providing a longer tread life resulting in value for money.

HOW THE WARRANTY WORKS

Every Vitour Quattro tyre comes with a mileage warranty of 60,000km when purchasing four (4) units from an authorised retailer. If the tread on your Vitour Quattro tyre wears evenly down to the treadwear indicators (worn to 1.6mm) before delivering the warranted kilometres, the tyre will be replaced on a pro-rata basis. For example, 60,000km and you only travel 45,000km on your tyres before the tyre wears down to the treadwear indicators, your Vitour replacement tyre at 25% off the current recommended retail price.

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW (T&C’S) 

- Wheel Alignment must be performed at authorised retailer at time of tyre purchase and clearly shown on ALL receipts.

 - You must rotate and balance your tyres at an authorised retailer, every 6 months or 10,000km, whichever comes first (costs may be applicable).

 - ALL off-road use of vehicle will void the warranty.

 - Tyre pressure must be maintained as per vehicle placard.

- When making a claim, you must present your tyre, ALL tyre description, vehicle mileage and the date the tyre(s) were installed, to an authorised Vitour Retailer.

- Tyres replaced become property of the authorised retailer.
